January 31, 2008PROTEST THE HERO's Luke Hoskin and Tim Millar will take part in a guitar clinic at Long & McQuade in Toronto, Ontario, Canada on Friday, February 8 at 4 p.m.
Critically acclaimed for its technical prowess and a musicianship that surpasses the members' young ages, the band is currently on a cross-Canada tour. They'll take a small detour while in town to hold this exclusive, intimate and interactive in-store clinic.
To register for this free clinic, send an e-mail with your contact information. Please note that this is not a seat reservation. It gives us a means of contacting you should the date, time or location of this clinic change. Seating is on a first-come,first-served basis.
PROTEST THE HERO's sophomore Vagrant CD, "Fortress", was released this past Tuesday (January 29). The cover image is a riff on the Irish goddess of the forest, Flidais. The band has previously stated that "Fortress" does not revolve around a single concept, like "Kezia", their 2006 debut, but is instead more closely akin to "goddess worship in the tradition of Robert Graves."
